Daniil Gonobolin, was born in Kherson, Ukraine, in a family of musicians, and began his violin studies in 2006, at the Kherson Children's Musical School No. 1 under the guidance of O. Fimushkin. From 2012, he continued studies at the Lysenko Kyiv Specialized School with Yaroslava Rivnyak. In 2018, he entered the National Music Academy of Ukraine, studying with prof. Serhiy Shott. In 2022, Daniil became a scholar of the Karajan Academy, where he worked with the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra under the mentorship of Alessandro Cappone, supported by AUDI and Lisa Batiashvili. In 2023, he made his debut as a soloist with the Georgian Chamber Orchestra Ingolstadt at the AUDI Summer Concert Festival. Since 2024, he has been studying with prof. Ulf Wallin at the Hanns Eisler University of Music Berlin. Daniil has won multiple competitions, including 1st prize at the Stankovych International Competition (2016), the International Violin Competition "ProArt" (2018), and the B. Kotorovych International Violin Competition (2021).
