X International Stasys Vainiūnas Competition for Chamber Ensembles

International Competition for Chamber Ensembles will take place in Vilnius, March 20-28, 2026.

The competition is open to the following ensembles:
Duos: Violin and piano | Cello and piano;
Trios: Violin, cello, piano | Oboe, clarinet, piano | Flute, clarinet, piano;
Piano Quartets: Piano, violin, viola and cello;
Quintets: 2 violins, viola, cello, piano;

Age of participants: chamber ensembles whose age average of all members combined is less than 35 years.
A non-refundable application fee per chamber ensemble - 150 Eur.
Prize fund - 35 000 Eur.
The deadline for the registration is 1 February, 2026, 23:59 (UTC +2).

International Stasys Vainiūnas Competition for Pianists will take place in Vilnius and Kaunas, March 20-28, 2026.
The competition is open for pianists born on 1 January 1996 and later.
A non-refundable application fee per applicant - 100 Eur.
Prize fund: 35 000 Eur.
The deadline for the registration is 1 February, 23:59 (UTC +2).
