The soprano Daria Lytovchenko was born in Chernigov, in Ukraine. In 2006, she started opera singing studies at the Chernigov L. Revutsky Music College, and in 2009 she joined the class of Professor Valentina Antoniuk at Ukraine's National P. Tchaikovsky Music Academy. In 2010, Daria won the Grand Prix in the International M. Kondratiuk Singing Competition in Ukraine. After a year, she made her debut at the Academy opera studio as Saburova in Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov's opera "The Tsar's Bride", and as Barbarina in "Le nozze di Figaro". In 2014, Daria graduated from the Academy, and started an internship. In 2015, she became a soloist with Kiev's Municipal Theatre of Opera and Ballet. Her repertoire includes Margarita ("Faust"), Natalka ("Natalka Poltavka"), Oksana ("Zaporozhets za Dunaem"), Zemfira ("Aleko"), Tatyana ("Eugene Onegin"), Mimi ("La Bohème"), Rita ("Rita"), Iolanta ("Iolanta"), and other roles.
