Born in Yerevan, Armenia, Artyom Ioanisyan (*2003) graduated from the Tchaikovsky Specialized School of Music and since 2022 has been studying at the University of the Arts Bern (Denis Severin). He took part in master classes with renowned cellists, such as T. Demenga, S. Isserlis, A. Gerhardt, R. Pidoux, A. Gastinel, N. Hakhnazaryan, Wen-Sinn Yang. Artyom is a laureate of various competitions, including Klaipėda ICC (2020, 3rd and special prizes), ICC "Anna Kull" (2020, 3rd prize, Austria), Armenia Harmonium Online Plus IMC (2020, 1st prize). He has given recitals and performed with orchestras in Austria, Armenia, Ukraine. Artyom has been a guest member of the Khachaturian Trio, is a member of UkrCello ensemble. Has appeared in festivals in Germany, France, Ukraine, Romania, Armenia.
