Vincenzo De Martino (b. 1992) was born in Cagliari, in Italy. In 2011–2015 he studied in Giovanni Pierluigi da Palestrina State Conservatory with the prof. Maria Lucia Costa. From 2015 to 2017 the pianist studied with prof. Jurgis Karnavičius at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre where he was awarded the Master's Degree diploma. Currently in LAMT Vincenzo is continuing his PhD studies in Piano Performance. The pianist has participated in masterclasses led by Gabrielius Alekna, Gintaras Januševičius, Kevin Kenner, Francesco Libetta, Jean-Marc Luisada, Orazio Maione, Mati Mikalai, Claudio Martinez-Mehner, Fali Pavri, Mūza Rubackytė, Pavel Smilkov, and Andrius Žlabys. He is a laureate of several national and international competitions. In 2019 he was awarded by the President of the Republic of Lithuania Dalia Grybauskaitė for his artistic achievements.
