Members of "The AVrora duo" is a violinist Alena Chekhova and pianist Valerija Kuznecova. The musicians graduated from the State Classical Academy of Maimonides. They started to play together in 2014 and since then became laureates of several competitions. It is worth to mention the first prize at the 1st Musical-Poetry Competition "Fermata" (2015), third place at the 1st International Chamber Ensembles Competition "Duetti di primavera" (2015), first prize at the competition "Grand Piano in Jazz", second prize at the 9th International Competition "Romanticism. Origins and horizons".
