Eglė Rudokaitė graduated from the M. K. Čiurlionis National School of Arts in 2017, where she studied piano in the class of teacher S. Mikulė and organ (facultatif) with pedagogue dr. Vidas Pinkevičius. During 2017–2023, she studied at the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre, in the organ class of doc. dr. Balys Vaitkus, where she received both bachelor's and master's degrees. She also participated in the masterclasses conducted by the professors P. van Dijk, M. Perestegi, H. Lucke, J. Ebenbauer, M. Tomadin, J.-B. Monnot and the others. With the Erasmus programme she also studied at the Munich University of Music and Theatre under the guidance of prof. M. Sander. In 2019, she won the 1st prize in the VII Juozas Naujalis Organ Competition and was awarded with a special prize for the best interpretation of a work by J. Naujalis. In 2022, she won the first prize at the International Jūrmala Organ Competition in Latvia. Since 2020, she has been an organist at the Cathedral Basilica of Vilnius – the main Catholic cathedral in Lithuania.
